TLV Free Float Steam Traps ( Low Pressure)

Mechanical Steam Traps
The operation principle for these steam traps utilizes buoyancy.Also known as 'Float Traps' or 'Bucket Traps'.

Operating Pressure Range: 0 - 12 MPaGOperating Temperature Range: 0 - 425 °C

Free Float Steam Traps ( Low Pressure)
Free float steam traps, which offer continuous discharge, are optimal for processes. Models for use on low pressure up to 2.1 MPaG.

Operating Pressure Range: 0.01 - 2.1 MPaGOperating Temperature Range: 0 - 220 °C

All stainless steel construction free float trap for use on process equipment. Features an integral X-element type automatic air vent. Face-to-face length of model with screwed connection identical to cast iron J3X model. Discharge capacity of approximately 50 kg - 500 kg of condensate per hour.
